Double Re-Creped (DRC)
Our innovative DRC substrate offers a soft, cloth-like feel and can be used to produce general purpose disposable products such as napkins, wet wipes, washcloths, kitchen towels, tablecloths, medical drape, packaging, food service wipes and nearly any additional nonwoven application your business needs. Our DRC process combines virgin fibers with 25%-100% recycled fibers to create a substrate that is both sustainable and high-performance. DRC products are highly absorbent and offer superior wipe-dry.
DRC substrates are made using a proprietary nonwoven process that enhances the substrate strength, bulk, absorbency and appearance. Customers can choose from printable color options, basis weights and recycled fiber offerings to meet the requirements of specific products.


Adhesive Nonwovens
Our specialty adhesive nonwovens offer customers a variety of fiber blends and proprietary adhesives and can be in-line coated if desired. Common products manufactured using adhesive nonwoven include cover stock, cable wrap, filtration, wipes, dust cloths, test print, embroidery backing, automotive, distribution layer, absorbent core, and other product or business needs.
When choosing adhesive nonwovens, converters customers can select from a wide range of basis weights, alternative adhesive options and recycled fiber capabilities to meet the requirements of specific products. Our production lines for adhesive nonwovens uses high-quality in-line printing, scatter coating capabilities and are very flexible making it ideal for new innovations and product designs. Adhesive nonwovens can be made using up to 100% recycled fibers.
3D Composite Nonwovens
Made with up to 80% recycled cellulose, absorbent 3D composite nonwovens are a high-performance, cost-effective alternative to oil-based polypropylene. Using larger fibers and higher basis points, 3D composite nonwoven products are made with high recycled content and are class A fire retardant (lab tested per ASTM E84).


Flushabyes®
Our flushable product is made using technology that quickly and predictably breaks down and won’t clog domestic or municipal waste disposal systems and is degradable, making it safe for septic systems. Commonly used to make highly uniform, printable guest towels, toilet seat covers, medical washcloths, restroom hand towels, dairy wipes and household/janitorial products with outstanding brightness. Substrates can be ordered in specific widths and diameters to match converter needs. Flushabyes® are highly absorbent and offer superior wet and dry strength allowing them to be used for 15-30 minutes, before safely being flushed down the toilets where it releases the bonded wood pulp fiber over time.
Linique®
A sustainable, high-performing disposable material produced with a blend of virgin, recycled and post-consumer pulp made using DRC technology. Linique® is strong, soft, low-linting and absorbent making it perfect for napkins, guest towels, cater wraps and tablecloths for a high-end user experience. Linique® can be manufactured in white, natural and a wide array of colors to match restaurant branding and dining room experience. Linique® disposable products come at a lower cost-per-use and are always clean, compared to laundered, and reusable products.


Airlaid Alternative
Sellars Nonwoven airlaid alternatives offer a superior solution. They wipe up messes with ease, without smearing and offer a cloth-like feel and provide superior absorbency—making them more effective and versatile. They’re ideal for delicate tasks like disposable guest towels and napkins and are more absorbent than premium airlaid products to efficiently wipe up spills and clean surfaces, with a low-lint design.
